For example, we incorporated and counseled a prominent artist, negotiating this client’s lease of a commercial loft space in New York. We drafted licenses to reproduce market multiples of the artist’s work in the U.S., U.K. and Canada. We handled the finance and purchase of his homes in Manhattan and upstate New York. We also formed a charitable foundation to receive and manage his artwork and estate upon his death, prepared his estate plan, and established trusts for his children.
